What is a consultation?
A consultation is a brief, focused first step to help you clarify what you’re dealing with and what support would be most useful. People often reach out when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or want to confirm that therapy is the right fit. During a consultation, we’ll discuss your main concerns, what you’ve tried so far, and what you want to be different—so you can move forward with a clear plan.

My consultations are structured and practical. I’ll ask targeted questions to understand your symptoms, stressors, history, and goals, and we’ll identify next steps based on your needs—whether that means starting therapy, choosing an approach (individual, couples, or family), or connecting you with a higher level of care or additional resources if appropriate.
